We offer Free shipping on orders over $129*. *Oversize and Bargain Bin items may be excluded from Free Shipping.
We ask that you inspect your complete order within 48 hours of delivery and if needed contact us immediately, by email only, for any issues you may have with the order.
We will not be held responsible for any product that may have been altered or tampered with after the delivery of the package.
Once an order is shipped out, we always forward the tracking information to our customers to track their order and watch for the delivery carrier.
Undeliverable Packages:
Please ensure that you have provided the correct deliverable shipping address when placing your order. Once the package is shipped to an undeliverable address, there is an address correction charge applicable up to $15.

Expedited Shipping:
We offer Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day expedited shipping options.
Expedited shipping costs are based on the weight, size of the package and the destination.
Expedited orders received by 1 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Any expedited orders received after 2:30 PM (EST) will be shipped out the next business day.
Local Pickup:
Our in-location pickup service allows you to order items from Tackwholesale.com and pick them up at our North Canton, OH retail store. Most of our website items are available for local customers to pick up in the store, excluding drop-ship items.
To place an order for pickup at our North Canton, OH warehouse, simply place your items in your online shopping cart and click the checkout button. Once you have signed in or completed our online registration for guests and new shoppers, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. Choose the “Pickup at North Canton, OH” method. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will notify you by email or phone call.

*Oversize Shipping Charges
A small percentage of our large and/or heavy items require oversized shipping charges. These charges are additional and are listed on applicable products on the catalog page and on this website.
International Shipping Policy:
We offer worldwide shipping! Deliveries outside of the 48 continental United States require additional shipping charges. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are considered to be international for shipping purposes only.
Our international shipping options and prices will be available to you on our website when you check out, but you may also contact us for a shipping quote.
Canada and Overseas customers, please note that all packages will be shipped to you with Signature Required for additional security. Plan accordingly so that someone will be available to receive the package and sign for it.
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import fees. Therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any Custom Duty & Taxes to the shipping company upon the delivery of the package.
We do not pay custom duty and taxes.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item from us that is damaged or defective (ripped/torn, missing parts, not as described, etc.) please immediately contact our customer service by email us at tackman@tackwholesale.com
Refund Policy
We accept all returns on like new, unused items with tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for the return freight. Prior authorization must be obtained. Click here for our returns page
If items are found to have missing tags or not be in new condition upon being returned, we hold the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.
All saddles have a 20% restocking fee when returned in new condition, and up to 50% restocking fee if they are returned in used condition.
We hold the right to refuse any abused merchandise that is returned.
Warranty Issues:
If you have an issue related to a manufacturer's warranty, you can contact us (via phone or email), or directly contact the manufacturer. If you contact us, we can put you in touch with the manufacturer’s customer service department. The manufacturer is responsible for honoring warranty replacements and not us. We will only honor item replacements that are found to be damaged or defective upon arrival. Customer must contact us within 48 hours of package delivery.
Tracking your Package:
You will automatically receive a ship confirmation email from us when your order ships. The email will include your tracking number, carrier information, and expected arrival time. We ask that you log in to your account to track your order, or go to your carrier website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), enter your tracking number, and track your package that way.
